Trying to get hold of Telkom Billings to read my letter.

Hello. I still haven’t received any reply to my first review. I was trying for so long to get an email Address to Telkom mobile Billings Department to lay my dispute. I eventually was given an email... *** and I received no beneficial reply. The reply was to contact Telkom call center number 081180. I was back To square 1. That was it. And nobody at The call center knows what to do from there because they do not have the authority. It is so difficult to get hold of the Billings Department. It seems like nobody there is interested to help. I am billed for an a huge amount that I am not responsible for and that I cannot afford to pay after my Daughters cell phone was ******. Please I need someone to assist me.
