Trying to get a telkom line multiple times

I have been actively trying to get a telkom line for the last 4 months and have not had contact from anyone at telkom. I ordered a line on the website twice and have only received one sms about three months ago saying that a consultant will phone me within the next two weeks. So after a month I tried again, got the sms again and is still waiting to be called. I tried going to the Mall @ Reds Telkom shop, sat there for over an hour before I had to leave without seeing anybody.<br> <br> I wish there where alternatives to Telkom in SA.
