Trying to get a adsl line installed with no luck

<p>To whom it may concern, i have been trying to install a adsl line for the past month.i have been told that they will sort it out but then i got told there is no avaliable ports.Does telkom not want new customers.They seem to like to use this excuse alot can someone assist me to obtain a adsl line please thanks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>CHRISTO BADENHORST</p>
