Trying to find out Penalty fee for downgrading my Uncapped LTE.

I have made 5 phone calls to different departments in Telkom and they are giving me no answers. One department passes the ball to the next department and you find yourself more frustrated and wanting to choke someone through the phone. I'm trying to downgrade my Uncapped LTE and have been told that i will pay a penalty for downgrading but no one can tell me what the penalty will cost? Is there someone that can help me?
