Trying to cancel telkom

Any ideas on how to get Tekom to cancel a phone line? I have emigrated 6 months ago and before I left I tried to cancel all my services and in March Telkom eventually cancelled ADSL but they keep on billing me for a phone line that has not been used for 6 months. I have been emailing the National Customer Care <***> since May with no response or action?
