Trying to cancel one of my lines

<p>I've sent a email to ********** on the 15th of June to cancal one of my numbers. I received a email back that said I will be contacted within 14 days.<br />The reason why I sent the email on the 15th is because I know that I have to give 30days notice. So it would be in time for notice on the end of June and cancellation at the end of July. <br />When I phoned 10210 today to find out why no-one has come back to me yet, I was told that they don't know and they can't help me because I cant phone the department as they only work via email. <br />So if they don't respond to emails how on earth can I cancel my line? <br />I'm not going to pay for another month because I gave notice way in advance. <br />Please sort this out for me asap.<br />Thanks</p>
