Trying to cancel my landline

Cannot get through to anyone to cancel a landline connection that has not worked for over a year, and for which I continue to pay monthly rental fees. AAARGH<br> <br> landline number *** : in the name of Eleanor Levin (previously stewart) who has been deceased since 2004, when I (her daughter) inherited the house....and thus the phone line.<br> <br> Please can we get this resolved. I cannot sit for 10 hours waiting for someone to answer the call line.
