Trying to cancel my dead mother's Telkom line

Telkom you are the worst. MY MOTHER DIED AND I CANNOT CANCEL HER LINE. I emailed you on the email address on the website. No reply. Why have an email address if you just ignore the queries??? I go to the Telkom store. Oh well you cant cancell a line at the store. The only way is to email. I email. I send the death notice. Just got the bill for October. TELKOM SHE HAS BEEN DEAD SINCE AUGUST. I'm disgusted
