Trying to cancel my contract for 4 months, spoke to 6 different people and nothing!

<p>I am extremely frustrated and fed up now. This is utterly ridiculous. I spoke to a manager yesterday and today nothing. I am sick and tired of this. I have called Telkom Mobile over 6 times in the past 2 days and nothing has been done about my case. How is this so inefficient and hopeless?! It can't be rocket science to cancel a contract. </p>
