Trying to cancel my already expired contract.

Do business with Telkom at your own risk. I've been trying to cancel an already expired contract with them for the past two months to no avail. I spoke to Ms Nomawethu Mkhatshwa, Mr. Mfundo Mhlongo and Mr. Modise Maabane who all undertook to assist me but to this day nothing has happened. I'm very disappointed.
