Trying to Cancel Line Since April

<p>This is my third entry on Hellopeter. </p> <p>Telkom DON'T CARE.</p> <p>I've sent so many emails to cancel my ADSL line, and phoned so many times. I get absolutely nowhere. They can't process a simple cancellation. I still get the bill every month. Legal action is the only next step, I am totally out of options. This is an ADSL line for goodness sake, something so simple cannot be cancelled and they really wonder why people HATE them so much.</p> <p>Here are the reference numbers I got from the last Hellopeter posts:</p> <p>AI ********** </p> <p>AI ********** </p> <p> </p>
