Trying to Cancel Landline

I have tried and tried for months now to get Telkom to cancel my landline but still it isn't done. The call center keeps saying I must send an email. The branch keeps referring me to the call center. I sent my cancellation in the beginning of this year already!!!! What on earth do I need to do to get this line cancelled??
