Trying to cancel fax line since February

Hi, <br> We have been trying to cancel our fax line since February. (Number ***) We called the telkom call centre and they asked us to send the cancellation letter to [Email Removed] <br> We did this a few times. Received a reply from Hans H.L. Joythe (Operational Manager) passing this to Floyd Mashabathakga to action. No response. Called the call centre again and was told the email address given by the call centre was wrong and must send to [Email Removed] instead. We sent the request about 10 times. No response, no acknowledgement of receipt or reference number. We made numerous calls to Telkom, and each time lost about 45mins on hold just to get through and be told that our cancellation of fax line was not actioned. Now eventually in August we finally get through again and was told the fax line was cancelled, but since they didnt action it in February, all the money we paid from Feb - August will not be credited. IT WAS THEIR FAULT, NOT DOING THEIR JOB, but still no credit will be given to us. They are so useless. So fed up with Telkom, they treated us terribly and just wasted our money.
