Trying to cancel contract numerous times
I had a two year contract with Telkom for a tablet plus 2,5 gig data as well as a Mi-Fi plus 3 gig data. This contract was to expire on 30 November 2015. I went to the Hatfield Telkom store on 14 October 2015 to put the cancellation process in motion as I was told I had to cancel at least a month in advance. My reference number for the cancellation is ***0 ( I have a copy). In December I was billed. I went to Hatfield again early December and they promised it would be cancelled end December. I have an email from Lesego Mokoma that she would follow up. But I was billed again in January. This time I went to Menlyn Telkom on 2 January 2016 and spoke to Elias after a long wait in the queue. He showed me on the computer that the cancellation was diverted to the wrong department and also showed me that the cancellation was put through for 31 December. I paid again in January! I am now FED UP. I cancelled my debit order, but somehow they are still deducting. An amount of R671.74 was deducted on 10 Feb 2016.Please, I am begging you, what do I need to do to get this cancelled? The tablet is long since paid off, but you are still debiting me. What on earth must I do to get this cancelled
