Trying to cancel a Telkom contract

I have been trying to cancel a Telkom contract I took out for more than a month now. I have two different case numbers as I tried to cancel the contract and then I reversed the Debit Order. I have contacted the number 081180 various times to try and escalate the matter and still I get no response. Please can someone from the cancellation department urgently contact me to get this contract cancelled ASAP.
