Trying to cancel a Telkom account is an absolute nightmare.

Trying to cancel a Telkom account is an absolute nightmare. Their phone system is unbelievably frustrating. I spent over 20 minutes navigating their endless automated menu, only to never actually reach a person. Every option just loops you through more recorded messages and transfers, but you never get any real help.

If a company makes it this difficult just to cancel a service, it feels very intentional. Customers should not have to waste this much time just trying to speak to someone. After sitting on their automated system for so long with no answer, I eventually just gave up.

Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. Canceling a simple account should not be this hard.
