Trying to cancel a service is like trying to get water from a rock!

<p>Over a month ago we have tried cancelling the telkom phone and ADSL line because at the end of July we are moving out of the flat. I have filled in the cancellation forms, sent that to the email provided; called the cal center and placed it on facebook. Still nobody has called to confirm the cancellation. Dear Telkom, I DO NOT WANT THESE SERVICES ANYMORE AS I AM MOVING OUT. It is fine if you don't want to cancel it, but STOP CHARGING US THEN FOR IT!! Useless people!!</p>
