Trying to cancel a lndline

For all Telkom landline users:<br> I have decided to cancel my landline - no - not for bad service but just because I don't use it. <br> Ok so here is the mission. <br> I am told by the Brits Telkom office that they cant cancel the line and I will have to go to Telkom WonderPark in Pretoria North (+-60km) or Telkom Rustenberg (+-75km) to cancel the line. What an absolute joke - so I will have to waste about 3hours today plus associated travel costs just to cancel my telephone line - no wonder business in SA is declining ....
