Trying to buy your product-unsuccessfully

<p>Attempting to sign up for adsl. Started by placing two online orders, no response. Then made 5 calls to the call centre, no answer. Then sent an email, no response. Then stood for 40 min in a queue at the store, didn't move an inch. How exactly does one go about buying the product? </p>
