Trying for over 2 months to order product

my issue started on 22 september when i tried to order the big deal of the month, everything was approved and i was told the product would be delived within 5 days, after the 5 days i called to find out what was happening and i was told no the order wasnt approved, contrary to the feedback i got on sms and telephonically. i then tried to order a new order and they told me i already have a order for that product that is pending. fast forward 2 weeks with numerous different feedbacks etc i still did not have my order, i then told them to cancel the order and give me the october big deal.

again almost a month later and many excuses etc i still do not have my order, i finally got to the point where i have an order number and all is approved but its been over 7 days and still no delivery. when i call the call centre they tell me it hasnt been approved but literally the same day after i had that feedback i got a call fromt the sales department telling me delivery will be latest monday and i still have nothing.

this is absolutely disgusting service and i ust want my prioduct now
