Trying desperately to cancel land line, to no avail

<p>Requited a cancellation of our Fixed Landline on the 27/09/2016. The service was supposed to be cancelled from 01/11/2016 as they require a 1 month notice period. After several attempts phoning them with regard to this matter and endless game of “me mail you do noting” started.... Once again we received the new months bill. The line has still not been cancelled. We have not used the phone ever since the cancellation period, but still get billed for rental. This is extremely unprofessional and in my opinion *****! We demand that they CANCEL THE LINE and rectify the outstanding balance. Furthermore they should get a customer care department.</p>
