Truly pathetic

Have an existing phone contract with telkom and took out a 14 gb deal , which I was told would cost me R250 a month . Only to be billed this month R1000 !!!!! trying to get hold of your customer service is pathetic .. like you need a damn PhD to get through .. so can someone please contact me regarding this and resolve this billing error otherwise I really have no choice but to default on this payment
