Truely mind boggling - complete disappointment, disgrace

<p>I requested a ADSL Line in December, since then the under ground pipes are damaged apparently, they needed a longer ladder, its been escalated - not sure to who, or the CS manager is on a training co**** on how to open a email and contact people with queries - non existant. The fact that people need to vent on Hellopeter, including myself and still get no help is truly unbelievable. Standing on my head is probably more productive than dealing with a so called "Service Provider"</p>
