TRUDON UNAUTHORISED ******* SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES

Trudons numbers are unreachable & Telkoms customer service cannot help as i am told its a different division and i must speak to them. The numbers telkom has given me is unreachable. I am being charged for a subscription for over a few months Directory Entries Web 2050 Info3 IYP .No one is able to assist me at Telkom or Trudon. I did not at anytime ask for this or even autrhorise this service and have been trying to cancel this for months. Should I cancel my Telkom line in order to get rid of this charge. Telkom says its not their problem but Trudons. Trudon is always unavailable. Telkom cannot credit these unwarranted charges and passed the buck to Trudon who has an answering service that say NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU .... so who is going to sort this out !!!! THE AGENTS WHO KEPT ON CALLING FROM TRUDON TO INCLUDE OUR LISTING WAS TOLD THAT WE DO NOT WANT TO BE LISTED ON THE TELKOM DIRECTORIES. THIS IS *****ULENT ACTIVITY . THIS IS NOT LEGAL.
