Trouble with Telkom signed contract

I had gone to Telkom Mobile Chatsworth in December to sign a contract for the Huawei P9 Lite at R199pm.

The assistant had said they were out of stock and that I should apply online as it would take 7 days whereas waiting for stock would take more than 2 weeks.

I had app**** online on Jan 1st and 14 days later gotten no response at all from Telkom.

Having little time left until the offer expired, I went in to Telkom Pavilion where I was turned away as they even not taking any more orders due to lack of stock. I had gone immediately after to Telkom Westwood (14/01/17) to sign the contract. After completing all the paperwork, I was told that the contract was approved and that I will be notified when stock will be received and to merely go to the store to pick up my phone and port the number.

On Tuesday 24/01/17, I received a call from Telkom Westwood telling me that I have two options, either pay R250 pm for the contract or cancel as they cannot give me the phone at the initial R199pm.

I was given some story about them not receiving an email of the price change until after I signed my contract.

I asked the person making the call whether I will get the phone immediately if I agreed to pay R250pm, she said yes.

Basically Telkom Westwood Mall will he charging me R50 extra per month for me having to wait 2 weeks to receive stock of my phone. Over the 24 month period, a total of R1200.

Is there a way to get my contract at the original price as I have all the required documentation to prove that I had signed a contract for R199 and no where on it stated that it was subject to availability?
