Trouble setting up international calling on Telkom Mobile

I have been trying to get my phone setup for international calling. I submitted a form...I called the telkom customer line. They tell me it has been activated then they put down the phone in my ear. I am very disgusted and think for a established company like telkom it's embarrassing. Seriously thinking of going to another network
