Trlkom lady with a bad attitude and no customer care skills.

I called Telkom Semimarks square to enquire about the process of how to cancel a contract as I had bought a phone 5 days ago, the lady called ChaukeT was do rude, screaming at the top of her voice. I then called the customer service department they explained to me and said I should go to the store they will cancel for me.

I went to the store the same lady wanted me to pay the penalty fee and they keep the device little did she know that I had gathered information already , as rude as she was with a frowning face 😦 infront of a customer she came up with a story that the system refuses to cancel, I left the store without canceling the contract.
