TRJ117946-Huaweii p30 BLK

I booked my Hauwei p30 in for repairs on the 29th of May 2020 @ 10:00 at Westgate Shopping Center. Mind you, this phone is still on contract. I was told I will receive an SMS with a quotation whereby I'l have 7 days to accept or decline the quote and to date, I haven't received any SMS. I Still don't know what's happening with my phone. I was also told it will take 28 days to fix my phone. We are now in July .Telkom, please get back to me. I am willing to pay that R189.75 and book it elsewhere. I cant keep paying my contract for a phone i,m not using.

It that's the case, you leave me with no choice than taking it to a high level of Authority(Consumer protection Act)
