Triple the amount you signed up for

<p>Hello</p> <p>I'm Mmeli. I received call from call centre agency of Telkom selling me a contract phone. When Samantha was making a deal it was as if I will save more. She asked how much I pay for my data a month? I told her R160 and she promised me I will save if I take P9 phone by them, I will only pay R200 pm. Will get data bundles for social network and for internet and free calls for Telkom to Telkom and free sms. Was happy with the deal and I enfesized that I'm not willing to pay more than R200. We agreed that payment will be R199. Was happy with the deal. Shockingly they deducted on my account R673 triple the amount we agreed on even more than triple, worse part of it even deduct on my account I didn't gave them access to deduct on. I'm so disappointed on them especial after calling them not to deduct that amount of money I never agreed on but they went beyond that. I hate Telkom they sell false contract saying you will save but no you don't save you just lose more. I have their service when it comes to contract they selling to us as consumers. </p>
