I have had the worst experience from telkom after taking up a lte uncapped data deal. I was subscribed to pay R649 only to find every month i'm getting debited over R1000+ I have queried it both with the telkom stores whom are useless, terrible service as well as higher support staff(Ben Cook) who cannot seem to help at all. I wudn't wish this on my worst enemy. The way you get treated is horrible. Keep sending you from pillar to post with no proper feedback at all. I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved and its been over a month. Goodluck to those who sign up with them. :-(
