Treating Customers like Stupids

<p>Good Day All</p> <p> </p> <p>My name is Thokozani Ntshangase I recently bought a phone, by a Telkom Shop in Carlton Centre, shop owner - Sheikh hamzah Younas: email: ********** <p>Address: Telkom mobile, Shop No. 129, Level 100, Carlton Centre, Commissioner Street, Johannesburg, 2001 South Africa; Phone: ********** 786 & ********** 083 </p> <p>The phone is a new Windows 8 phone, its called a mint, I had it for few months, and then someday while I left it on a charger it gave me a boot error message, which</p> <p>Means it wasn’t booting to the operating system, that will mean the operating system is *******, the phone has a warrantly as per the shop owner who sold it to me</p> <p>I took it back and he was happy to receive it and promised he will contact me as soon as it is fixed, weeks went by no contact from him, I called him almost everyday</p> <p>And I will allways had excuses, like just give me five minutes will give you a call back, or am not in the shop will call you when I get there, months went passed, I threatened</p> <p>Him that am going to the police about the matter, and dropped the phone while he was still trying to give me excuses, from that day he started calling me even from work</p> <p>To let me know my phone was ready but he doesn’t want me to come collect it he will ship it to me, I agree with excitement, now I got my phone and it is still in the same</p> <p>Condition as the time I send it, </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
