Treating customers fairly even during December period

December debit orders were taken a week earlier than agreed on without prior information sent.Upon querying this and disputing based on contravention and going to the shop all I got were apologies for inconvenience.Had to make manual adjustment because no1 could assist me in addressing this issue.I think just letting the debit order be taken earlier saves one unnecessary back and forth however I think customers should be treated fairly and protected in these situations and there not be a situation of one having more power because they provide a service.We are weary of ****mers and so should be allowed to agree or disagree to getting debited than the signed on date and it not be a forced matter and one getting penalised even if they have paid before agreed date.
