Telkom stop treating black people like uneducated trash, my wife's contract ended somewhere in July and she personally went into one of your shops to cancel it, the following month you debited her account with R13 which she reversed, this month you debited more than R200 and you tell her that she was not supposed to have reversed the R13, please give a damn copy of your contract where she was advised that her last instalment was going to be R13 and then you will charge her more 90% for reversing, you companies are damn disgusting how you treat your customers because of your stupid consultants say one thing and the other says another, we want that money to be reversed and damn contract closed with immediate effect, you just parasite who suck black peoples blood and expect us to keep quite because we are presumed to be illitirate
