Treated like Nothing

<p>i have a contract with Telkom store at Clearwater ,firstly they do false advertising they told me that I will pay two month installment but only to found out after debit order went they took 3 months payment and wen I lay complain nothing was done ,I have a contract with them since April 2016 and my phone has not been ok with a battery ,and the charger and better yet life deck use was heating up to the point were I cannot hold my phone anymore and I took it to them to fix it and they booked it off for 21 working days. On 2016-09-12 they call me for collection and I was told that the phone has been replaced but to my suprise it has the same problem and I went there 2016-09-13 to complain and I was sent from piller to post by the manager who treated me like I'm stupid, I don't know wat I'm saying and he said I can take the matter anywhere he does not care he is not going to give me the phone that is working and he even wrote his name down because he don't care about wat I feel. Mr.vStephan Nel Manger at Telkom Clearwater, gave me worse service ever in my life.</p>
