traumatizing cellphone claim
I made my cellphone claim on the 10/08/18 and today is the 28/08/18 and even today I am still waiting. I went to Telkom store at Wonderpark mall to make the claim and they told me they don't deal with claims I need to call finrite insurance . All finrite is doing up to this day is collecting my details one by one, when I email to inquire about my claim I was referred to Nancy Ndebele the team leader who did nothing and now she referred me to her manager Diana Kruger who is doing nothing .Her respond to me was a referral to one of her staff member.I am still waiting even now.

30 Aug 2018, 17:07How long does a cellphone claim take because this query is going for the 4th week.Jet cell insurance takes only 7 working days. I'm very disappointed with Telkom service.

05 Sept 2018, 17:29Today i called finrite insurance and gave them the ref no. A ********** 8 that was given to me by Noleen the social media team and I was told that their reference numbers starts with pd only.It is clear that they not willing to help me but on they 26/08/18 they dedicated the insurance money.I so regret taking this telkom contract phone.Now i will make sure everyone around me knows about this poor service.
