Traumatized by Telkom

<p>you are on paraffin speed when debiting money from our accounts but you don't honour requests or give services due to us. I have modem and cellphone contract with telkom: I requested that they change my date of deduction to the last day of the month in April, but instead they tried to deduct on their own dates and as a results did not get anything in my account! Then every week, they attempted to deduct until they found it in June! After taking money, they suspended my services, now I can't even call helpline! Like really?? Provide what is due to me. Reinstate my internet services </p> <p> </p>
