Traumatic experience with Telkom!

Absolute horror and nightmare dealing with Telkom. After spending hours on the phone with various different consultants still no stable functioning internet and unable to work!!!! This is affecting my work. And Telkom and open serve are not communicating with each other. And the case gets closed and I am still sitting with no internet. Absolute NIGHTMARE!!! This is the worst service I have ever had from Telkom. Changing service providers ! As for open serve sitting for 30 min on their toll free line. This is a joke. They closed the case without even coming onto my property ! Claudia ***
