Trashy Service

What a horrible experience at Telkom Pinecrest.

I was told the supervisor who made wait for her for good 15 minutes because she was balancing her store cash flow that they will not be able to give me my contract phone because my documents were attached at 17:59 and their store closes at 18 : 00. She cannot be able to process it because she and her staff need to leave at 18 : 30.

She spoke to me as if I asked for Telkom to donate the phone to me. She lacks tact and professionalism. She has no people's skills and no passion to be in the line of dealing with people. I must say if I had to compare the service I was given in Windermere it is incomparable. SOMEBODY PLEASE TAKE THAT WOMAN TO TRAINING.....on how to deal with clients. The service was the absolute GHETTO!!!!
