Trash Service from Telkom No internet connection 7 days straight!

Telkom does not even deserve 1 star. Their service has been absolutely appalling! I have had no internet connection for 7 days now. I logged and requested assistance to no avail. The agents even had the audacity to tell me to call Vumatel myself because, it's a Vumatel issue and yet Telkom is my ISP. I'm so disgusted with the service. Telkom the way ur treating me as a client, who has paid my billings on time with no fail is trash!!! You will deduct money from my account yet I have no internet ****ish behavior! Sies
