Trash Service from Telkom mobile SA

A consultant at telkom the Glen changed my tariff plan without my consent and ive been paying around R2.70 a minute!!! For a number I use to run my business can you imagine the inconvince caused and when I call and try to get it fixed I am told to go back to the store and they will fix it when I did not go there in the 1st place!

I am fumming about this and they are not taking me seriously at all I direct message them on Twitter and they take ages to respond and when they do its not relevant to my situation and they expect me to send emails! With what data did they give me data to send these emails or send me money to pour petrol to drive to the Glen and fix the problem?!
