Transfer request
I made a transfer request on the 29th of October to move my adsl from Hatfield Pretoria to our new house in rietvalleirand, I have since received 21 SMS's stating a scheduled appointment has been made and technician dispatched starting the 6th of November it is now 2 days to Christmas and still I have no landline or uncapped. I have been to menlyn Telkom where I was told that a technician would contact me on Monday 21 December and still nothing has happened. I was extremely happy with my Telkom uncapped up until now have told many people about the good service, but this is getting ridiculous.
