Transfer of Service

<p>I requested a transfer / cancellation of service today in order to combo my line with another provider and save money. After not hearing anything for the day I decided to call and see if I could expedite this. I was then told I have to wait 21 working days for this!</p> <p><br />In what day and age do I need to wait 21 working days for a telecomms company to hand over my line?!</p>
