Transfer from Telkom fibre to Vumatel

<p>I had a current Telkom fibre installation and account since December 2016. I moved and was informed that Telkom does not have fibre installed in the area. However Vumatel did. I am now trying to get Telkom to move my existing contract but I have been from technical to sales (10213) to 20210 without any assistance. Surely it must be possible. Vumatel has today installed the fibre from the box to my unit and it is active. I DO NOT WANT A TELEPHONE LINE , I JUST NEED INTERNET ACCESS!@@</p>
