Transfer ADSL

Telkom is once again useless, i call there sales team (Over 45 minutes of waiting) to move my ADSL line. The sales agent promises me that a technician will be at my new house on a certain day to fix the ADSL line, that day comes and no technician comes.. I call them again and the same thing keeps happening.. I call there technical team and they can't give me a technician because its 'Sales Team Problem'..Who in Telkom can even help me? It's like hot potato with my problem, just throw my problem to a new department.. What does it take for an technician just to come and spend 5 minutes to get my line working?

Hi, It’s already been 2 months since I’ve had that issue and I keep on getting told the exact same thing you sent. I’ve already canceled my internet and all my services with telkom. Thanks for the help but I’m officially done with telkom
