Trade route telkom **** service

I am really annoyed been coming to the mall almost everyday.. If they are not offline then each consultant has their own requirements to assist with a Sim swap.. One says we can assist with a bank statement one says no.. Then one says we can assist with a license then one says we need an ID copy why the hell do you not have standard requirements... Then to top it all off I had to be assisted by a very rude Andile and Noxolo from trade route mall... The attitude they give to clients... Do you not send your people for training... Worse when I tried calling to complain I still had to do endless verifictaion with a ****en automated voice.... What the hell is wrong with telkom I mean really now this service is really bad.
