tracking of my package

good day I app**** for a telkom contract 14/03/19 they sent me a message the same day saying my order has declined yesterday i received a call from them stating that RAM Courier came to collect my device and its out for delivery the thing is I haven't received any SMS that states that my contract has been approved or a reference number or a tracking number I tried calling the sales department to do a follow up I was on the line for 3hours but nobody picked up i tried doing the thing on their website so that they can call me back but nothing , They are quick to call if you complete an application form online but when you need their assistance they can't deliver if this is telkoms way of servicing their clients then they can stick their contract I will try at another cellphone provider
