First complain was on the 8th of December the complain number was ***1, on the 10th I got a message saying the issue was resolved. I phoned again on the 14th of December got a new complain number ***4 I phone again on the 21st of December and they told me there was a line fault and someone will come to my house to fix it. 28th of December it is the same story as well as on the 4th of January and on the 7th as well tomorrow it will be a month without internet and my child is a student and need the internet to do her studies. I always pay in advance I am very disappointed.
