Totally useless customer service

<p>NEVER in all my life, and I am 74 years old, have I come across a company with such a useless customer service, they dont even know the meaning of customer or service, I have just sat here for almost one hour staring at a website that just does nothing, in fact it says that a chat will happen soon *****, I typed in my mobile number and asked for a call back NOTHING, I cancelled a contract online and in store in Durban, what do they do NOTHING, they just carry on loading data I dont want, then you get the people who look at this site. they start with a completely meaningless apology then say "someone will contact you" and what happens NOTHING, that is the state of this company, what do they think of customers problems NOTHING.</p>
