Totally useless

My email address will not allow me to send mails but I can still receive. After ONE month I have still not had any feedback from Telkom who I have the email account with. After spending 750 rand with Microsoft after Telkom telling me that it is my outlook program and spending 1500 on buying a new outlook program I have been told by Microsoft that I do no have an account with Telkom anymore. HOW can my whole profile be deleted without my knowledge. HOW. I have asked how I am still able to receive emails but the standard answer seems to be... Eish... I don't know. Really? HOW?
