Totally unreliable
I lodged a complaint that I had cancelled my futurehood product due to no coverage. I received a letter confirming that it had been cancelled yet I still get charged for the service. Does anybody at telkom know what they are doing? Anybody? Please don't ever get a telkom product you will regret it for the rest of your life. I promise.
